For those of you who have been following Bruisers brake saga & having the same problems with your brakes i am pleased to tell you i have now sorted the problem & have 100% rear brakes now, both wheels lock up easily :thumbsup: problem was master cylinder bore to big started of with 3/4 then changed to 5/8 better but not good & now 1/2 which has cured all my woes,good pedal :thumbsup: softer & a little more travel just how they should be,what a difference.

Very interesting, can you show a pic of the master cylinder you used

Had to change pushrod as all mine is set up for 8mm & adaptor for outlet 3/16 unf male to 10mmx1 female which is what i was waiting for to complete it did come with adaptor but female end was concave & i needed convex.
