Thanks for all the Nice welcomes, Seems my nearest Trikers are at Harlow and Clacton. I used to go to a dance night in old Harlow many many years ago on my old bonnie cafe racer, and i believe there is a meet towards clacton im intending to go to this summer. ive seen a couple of times a convoy of bikes trikes go past my village ive no idea where they are from but ill try stop em if i see them again they must be a club from somewhere. any way chaps thanks for the welcome hope to meet up with some of you one day

Was that dance night at the Victoria hall old harlow? i used to go there for the rock & roll nights,those bikers that pass your village are probably going to East mersea as it's a well known Sunday run out in the summer...if we ever get one that is..

Hi gorbee01279 yes it was Vicky Hall as we called it., as a teen then i came from Debden with a few of my local mates we also got around places like teds cafe at woodford and my favorite cafe was the Calypso I wonder if you ever went there,also places like High Beech our local bike shops were Rivetts and Reeds in Leytonstone High road . On a sunday we used to meet up at places like the log cabin in Abridge that is still there but hidden a bit by new buildings , a little pub out in the sticks called the mole trap i met my first ex wife at the green at Havering ate Bower also a meeting place. wow all this brings back memories of my misspent youth lol

Yes done High beech & still do, done the Log cabin Abridge many moons ago & Teds cafe,many a good memory at all of them specially the Vicky hall, our paths must have crossed at some point?

I dont doubt that for one minute. I and an old school mate in tend going back to debden in the summer as we still have some old mates still living there and im gonna make a trip up to high beech at same time on the trikes of coarse. ill put a post on here when we are going just in case you or anyone fancy a ride out and a pint at the Kings oak.
