First timer.

Post by Scabbydog »

Hi folks and thanks for the add. I'm new to trikes having had various motorcycles up till now. I've recently bought A BMW rt 1100 trike with irs. I'm not sure how long I will keep it as I'm not really getting used to the steering, very heavy. I'm still playing with tyre pressures and suspension pre load at the moment. Mike.

Welcome to the hospital for sick trikers.
The nurse will see you to a empty padded cell as soon as we wash down the walls. She'll bring the meds later but keep away from the green pills, and don't drool out of the windows as it upsets the locals..

Keep trying with the tyre pressures front and back as that should help. Also on a bmw with that style of front suspension, you can get a different top yoke to alter the fork angle
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.
