Hi everyone I'm Kevin from South Wales I'm 52 and currently trying to finish building my yamaha xv535 with a bolt on soft tail conversion.
Looking for help on connecting the original driveshaft and reliant propshaft together.

The one recurring point about driveshaft motorbikes and Reliant axles is that the axle usually needs to be turned upside down. This in turn means the breather has to be blocked off and a new one created on the now upturned side.

Ideally, you want the original bike UJ and fixing on one end, the Reliant one on the other end, and a nice piece of tube in between.
Preferably welded by someone who knows what they are doing so it is straight and strong

Yep got original bike shaft and a reliant one but how to go about measuring them up as one please
