Hello young man, can you pop along to the new members section and introduce yourself. Its good manners even if we don't have any. :hoofle:
Now it sounds like you have uneven pressures to both sides. It should only have one master cylinder for the rear. With one for each side you will have a imbalance of pressure to each side.

If it is the original rear cylinder it may not have enough pressure to lock up both wheels. Give it a try and see. If not you may require a car type master cylinder like this.

What rear axle do you have fitted.?

Could you swap the hoses over at the master cylinders. That will tell you if it’s the master cylinder or the calliper ?

Hang on here now, you surely shouldn't use two master cylinders? Unless, and this is a strange way of doing things, you have two masters with split system callipers and each master feeds both wheels - sort of glorified dual circuit system?
Even then it would be better with a symmetrical car tandem master cylinder.
You need to explain better what you have so we can try to help.

A picture says a thousand words.
Get some of your brake discs and the master cylinders. The way I read it is each side has its own master cylinder IE left hand master cylinder goes only to the left rear wheel. Right hand one to the right rear wheel. This is wrong, they should be on the same master cylinder to get equal pressure to each side. It may be that the calipers require a large volume of fluid which a small master cylinder can not give to both sides, hence 2 cylinders.
We require pics asap.
