I will be going to Popham again the year.

I have checked the date, and it is 10/08/2016.

We are planning to make the journey again. Was a great day. Humbling doesn't even come close.

Just in from The Royal British Legion....
On Wednesday the 10th Aug we have been invited by starlight again for our 7th year to help out with rides

Over 1400 kids have been invited for this event.

Please can I ask if you want to attend please can you help in some way last year I had to tell members not to smoke around the kids. Also we don't want members turning up eating and drinking all the free stuff sitting round doing nothing if your not prepared to help out then don't turn up.

Sorry if this upsets people but it's only fair

Agreed Sean, it's very hard work so be prepared to sweat a bit, when we stopped for a snack last year i practically fell off the trike as i was so tired.

The legion lads did a grand job and were feeding us water as we picked up fresh passengers.

Yep, the kids rock up for 11:00 and finish at 15:00.
In that time you will probably rock up just over 70 miles. :)

No probs. It gives choice.
The two seaters have the advantage that we can put a carer on board too.

I am part of The Royal British Legion Riders Branch, so take advantage of this forum to invite some trikes
For some the day is a day away from hospital, for some it is just a treat, for others it is making the most of the time that they have.
