Boom Low Rider Muscle trike

I have a 2007 Boom low rider muscle trike and it needs new disc and pads, having some trouble finding out what disc and pads I need, would anyone know please?

If u get in touch with boom there supplies them but there charge top dollar

The front pads on mine are BMW k series rears and the rear pads are Ford scorpio.

All you got to do with the pads is take the front to a decent bike shop and ask them to match them up and take the rears to a car parts shop they'll soon match them up.
