850 reliant cooling ideal on/off temps

Hello all.

I'm currently changing to a rear rad with electric fan obviously.
I wonder if you guys could agree on what rated stat to fit I.e on at X degs and off at X degs.

I've seen those awful so called adjustable ones with an endoscopic style probe that look like something strapped to the side of a 1970s school heater but , well, you know.

Any ideas fellas?

Kenlowe fans (if that is what you elluded to?) are tried and tested and work well. Back to Q - as ideal running temp is 76-80C I'd set on at 85 with a 10 Deg drop if possible?
