Santa on a bike.

Post by Mal »

Went to Santa on a bike for Childrens Hospice South West. Wow what a turn out, must have been well over two hundred bikes.Rode all around Bristol, annoyed the hell out of everyone yet all seemed very welcoming. Roundabouts and crossroads nearly all held open by taxis, buses and motorists. Rode out to our local hospice where as many of the children that could were out to meet us. After a day of horn blowing and shouting and bikers generally carrying on.....200 bikers left in a somewhat more somber mood.

Thanks Mal.

Just got back from our toy run. A better than I expected turn out with over 100 bikes, trikes and scooters most of which were decorated. (I counted 40 in the overflow car park, then there was the main one)

I think around 10% turn out were trikes, just a pity I forgot to take my camera. :hissyfit:

Did 80 miles round trip altogether.
