Well good news mot passed with2 advisories, near side drive shaft boots cracked and the biggie.
Front suspension pivot bushes worn.
The ones that the forks pivot on.
I'll chat with my mate who has a lathe in his shed and get some made from bronze.
Job for the winter.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Right had a look at the fuel sender unit and that checks out ok. So looking like the gauge is the issue.
As Boom spares are like hens teeth I've found a old VW camper gauge on flea bay which I maybe able to swap over the inner parts.
