Boom, Rewaco, Wolf, they are rear engined with the seating as you like but they can be expensive. How about an older Phoenix or the like?

Anything of that type and properly registered would be considered but I have no knowledge of how much is the going rate. Oh and I hate aluminium checkerboard. Cheapest new vw seem to range from 7500 to oh my god

Don't forget Phil ( The Trike Guy) does finance if that helps! There are a few trike dealers on ebay, there's one that specialises in Rewaco, prices start around the £20k mark  But keep an eye out on there, VW trikes are like busses, wait ages then three turn up together :snigger:

Trike guy has lovely bikes but my budget is nearer 3.5k to 4k I think I could maybe afford just the rear axle

They do come along at that price they will just be older you should get something like a phonex trike for that money when the weather picks so do the for sales not many folk sell this time of year cus they get bottom dollar . I buy just before xmas if possible folks get a bit desperate so they got money for exmas but then there is less choice
