The bottom mount point itself is not structurally connected to the frame. As a bike the swing arm and engine move as one assembly although I don't know how much the rubber actually gives.
In your opinion how else could the bottom connection be made and still keep it a bolt on kit?
Casarva use this method for the Harley Davidson Sportster. The fitment point is where the swing arm goes that is supported by rubber isolators. The cradle bolts to the top shock absorber point. Got to mention that you seem to be using rose joints for the pivot - they are not suitable for this application having no substantial / robust load bearing material.........Your life, you choose the risk.
