Front Fork
As front fork was bented then i needed new one. I found a realy good stainless steel guy, near me.
He thinked that it is simple task, buy some new stainless pipe, then we add some stuff onto it and there it is.
No :hissyfit: its not that simple.
I removed old fork pipes and gave them to guy. He then cut all the mounts form it, and started to but onto new pipes.
All the upper mounts fitted wery well but down where the Wheel is connecting, He maked it arond 3 times.
While i waited:
I changed all the wing bearing, they where in bad shape. Allsou give them new polish.

Front fender
It was broken from middle, repaired it and added extra metal plate.
Afterward when i try to make new holes for the connecting, I thought: who the f*** but stainless steel metal plate into it.

Front frame
Front frame was allsou bented, is asked rewaco new frame but getting new frame here was wery expensive so i decided to repaire old one.
Gave it to company that spetcialise car bending. As the body plastic by that time was repaired they first check that all the holes where in correct place, and then laser mesured and bended right and left where needed.
when all the bending was done i removed all the parts, then sandplasted and repainted it.
Sorry no picture when it was newly painted, as i was vacation in England, and my father in law did it, and put it together again. :o

New handelbar
Again new need to make. As i have heard that if the handelbar weight more then it handle better.
I bought pipe and full metal rods. Both ends are full metal rods.
After the day of bending, welding and cuting it was allmoust ready.
Then i gave it to guy that make me fork, he welded top.
Now i only need to paint it. Half a year later when i get all parts fitted i founded out: f*** it too hight. :bang:
Cutted it from below and added washers that have inclination 5mm. New possision maked me happy.
Allsou handlebar get new shiny grips and switches.

Some great work there, well done  Love the handlebars! "Knew" a chap called Korkie from Estonia who used to street race his ZX9R around Talin-crazy guy!
