Went for a quick blast up the road today and it looks like I still have the oil leak. Will just run it for now and next winter hope to have a rebuilt spare engine to install.

Right been not much to do this week. But next week all going well will have the stainless rear frame made up. Also picked up a good vw crankcase set with the 2 pressure relief valves off eBay. They need line boring and this will be the start of a engine rebuild later this year.

Re: Hermans winter work.
And another day at the welding shop. Here is last weeks work. The rear frame was removed and a new one fabricated from 50mm stainless tube and welded up.
Today we did the pannier frames on the side. Both days it took all day as the body had to be removed and the fuel tank to.
All I have to do now is loads of smoothing and polishing of the welds.
