jc if u change them wheels for 15inch I would still use 205/60/15 I wouldent lower the wall of the tyre

me and karl got some more done yesterday mainly cutting a section out of the fork lift over head guard a lot tougher than i expected
this is what we ended up with all trimmed there was 2 1/2 hours work in that
i cut that up tonight and found this welded through the bend

So that's off a electric truck. The guards on them are normally renforced because of the cutout section, so nice and stiff.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

this is how they will look
im happy with everything is straight and level although i nearly made a ballsup because i was concentrating on the rear end i forgot to make sure the bike was level one brake pad under one side of the center stand sorted that out . so tomorrow ill take the swing arm off and cut it to length .old git ive only just seen you post that would be great ill pm you my address let me know how much i owe you thanks for that

have you noticed how close the arms run to the diff i caint move it over any more as its all ready touching the master cylinder im going to grind a couple of mm off the edge of it so the swing arm will clearjinjachin wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2019 8:09 pm this is how they will look
