Same here in France, helmet without factory fitted seat belt,so will be looking for one from a wrecked Rewaco as my 2001 must have been too old to have one fitted.
MOT not here yet for bikes.French are real good at protesting!! Remember the farmers with diesel prices, the bikers are nearly as good but EU keep pushing every year so don't think being MOT free will last for ever, the government did take the sensible view a "proper" biker would maintain his bike well as his life depends on it. :soap:

My Dad's village had a petrol pump/shop/pub, with an entrance through the shop, or directly into the bar.
When the EU decreed that Bars should not be part of a shop, and have a seperate entrance, the blocked up the seperate entrance.

Nothing like sitting in the shop, chewing that with the locals, with a pint of Guiness :)

Nipping over for a week is like taking 2 weeks out.
in midleton in county cork wallis,s pub is also a funeral home and an estate agents just like 3in1 oil LOL u can sell ur house to them then drink all the money in there till u drop dead and they will take care of u how handy is that
