ive got a garage that dosnt leak :thumbsup: .me and my bro and my youngest son spent all day putting a new roof on it we borded it first then waterproof membrain then the steel roof ive got a bit more work to finish off then a big clean up as the old roof just crumbled as we took it down so its every where its been my most hated place for the last two and half years when it was dry it was too hot most of the other times it was flooded .

Amen to that! Neighbours Father in Law managed to put his leg through mine - didn't tell me about it, just slid a new bitumen coated sheet in except it wasn't the right profile and so the edges let in water and it bowed like a MF'er with some sun and filled like a pond with rain so leaked worse than the original 50 yr old asbestos one! I replaced the whole lot with him paying 50% - lovely new clean panels and clear strip for natural light - joy to work in now!

ive got the dehumidfyer running full blast but i think it will take a week to dry out though . when i get back to work ill borow the van and get the goldwing from my mates and the xjr from my dads i can start messing then

I'm still trying to find someone with a garage I can chuck the trike in, so I can rebuild the trailer tent.
Saying that, I still have not asked my tenants, and there should be room in their garage. :)

I run a dehumidifier all year around, set to about 60%.
Keeps all the tools rust free too.
Bikers know why dogs stick their head out of car windows.
