Anybody had any dealings with "The Trike Guy"? I called him recently to see if he could give me any information about my trike, where I could buy parts from, how to identify my trike ect etc. The bloke I spoke to was a lot less than helpful, abrupt and couldn't give a s%$t. I managed to resist the temptation to doubt his parentage, but it was a struggle.

Technically, "The Trike Guy" owns this forum, though he has no active participation.
To be honest, I have only heard good things about Phil, but have never had direct dealings with him.

I am assuming that "The Trike Guy" has people that work at the dealership in sales. Having been a very successful sales exec and finance business manager myself, I know all too well that having a bad attitude is not a good sales tactic. The guy that I spoke to would have been fired if he had worked for me. I know everybody has an off day, but this guy was waay out of line. I was not at all impressed by him.
