Haven,t made a curry from scratch for years. Had a really good recipe for indian curry will have to see if I can find it .

had a mate that used to make lamb curry from scratch. delicious, washed down with several bottles of Bulls Blood. didnae like the bay leaves though, was told later i wisnae ment to eat that bit.

well food fans , tonights dinner is gonna be ;
popes eye steak
big flat mushrooms
beef tomato
onion chopped into rings
and a special sauce im gonna make up as i go along ...........

for drinks , it gonna be a bottle of cider while cooking and a couple of large bottle of cobra lager while eating. gonna be great .

yep , howdya guess . lmao ..................... iv hardly seen her this year , always on holiday . suits me fine , i get a holiday at home when shes away ... lol a bit of piece and quiet , and NO shitey telly that she watches , corry , enders ect ........... bliss.

thats the skillet up to heat , steak has been placed in it along with the onion rings. iv made a pepper sauce that iv put some herbs in as well . smells amazing already . im fukin starvin' .....
