Sorry Sean but I just cannot make it this year.

If any of you can make it - you will not regret it.

Ride safe all.

Hey Guys with the forecast for tomorrow I contacted starlight and I have dropped out as I dont think mine will safely cope with the conditions carrying a little one.
Starlight have sent out the following email
Dear all,
As I'm sure you're aware, unfortunately the weather forecast is very poor for tomorrow.
Whilst we will still be running our event, we do expect that the rain will cause problems if it falls as heavily as is forecast.
I just wanted to let you know that we will have to make a decision as to whether the bike and car rides can go ahead in the morning, but the ground is already very wet and I think the field will degrade quickly, which I appreciate is a particular problem for the bikes.
I know that lots of you are supporting us by travelling from quite a long distance, and I don't want you to come if rides are not going to be possible, so I completely understand if you decide not to join us. If any of you are close by and would still like to come along you will be most welcome - we can hope the forecast is wrong!
Many thanks for your ongoing support.
Kind regards,
Victoria

Just read on another site, Popham is still on but the ground is waterlogged and it's still raining, nothing but 4x4s will be able to handle going on the grass.
Sounds like a washout! It's 11.50am here in Bucks and it's pizzing down :o

Once acclimatised it was good fun, the kids loved it, even being sprayed with mud all the way round.
