Well yesterday I sorn my trike Herman so I can do work over winter. Dug out my paperwork to do it and went online, put in all the info and it won't accept it. Tried about 5 times with no go. I then found there is a 0300 number on the site to do it so did it that way. It was so easy to do and only took around 5 mins.
