Right, super, fab, smashing, thanks for that, why couldn't I get it to work? 'cos on my browser the icon to click on is at top right not left. Our big FTSE100 company does not use up to date software or browsers! I should have done this at home it's easier.

Have now changed them to "top right"

thanks 1130. managed it. only took me 2 attempts, and one to delete the pinpricks i left on the map. :thumbsup:
