not quite sure if this is the right section to post this in but here goes is there a list anywhere where you can take a trike for a msva test im in north Yorkshire by the way thanks in advance

I believe there is one in Beverley East Yorkshire. Oldbeck Road, Off Grovehill Road, Beverley, East Yorkshire, HU17 0JW and one in Newcastle upon Tyne. Sandy Lane, Gosforth, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE3 5HB

Hi
What are you lads in in GB paying for msva in n.ireland. UK I am informed £100 /£150 but the guy at DVLA said he was not sure hard to get confirmation from DVLA

Mine is a bike with swing arm removed and trike back end with shocks not a self up trike

Converting a bike to a trike that has the parts bolted on such that the trike can be converted back to a bike does not require msva. In other words you have not modified the bikes frame and have not welded the trike back end on.

As an example the trike I built uses the swing arm points and top shock absorber mounts, 4 points to bolt the rear end on.

Hi can I then inform the DVLA that the bike is now a trike same reg no, will they then issue a new log book then when all paperwork done I just go for mot making sure everything is road worthy for the test
