All credit card transactions from this site are processed using 128bit encryption.
Before being asked for your credit card information you will be transferred to a secure server, your browser will normally indicate this through the presence of a small yellow padlock, and the web address will begin with https:// instead of http://.

UK TRIKER SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Delivery of your goods will normally take 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated & subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock your order will be placed on a back order. We will always contact you by email to inform you of any item out of stock and give you the opportunity to request a refund.
NOTES FOR ROYAL MAIL DELIVERED ITEMS:
Due to the high number of items lost in the post or items not collected when a card is left, A royal mail proof of postage will be obtained and a refund would be offered if an item becomes lost in the post and has not been received by 15 days after posting, but we are sorry we cannot replace items lost in the post, only refund.
NOTES FOR COURIER DELIVERED ITEMS:
Our courier will require a signature for delivery. You will need to sign for the delivery to accept the goods. Any signature at the delivery address will be accepted, it is your responsibility to inform anyone who may be signing on your behalf the full procedure for signing and you will be bound by the same terms and conditions as though you had signed the document yourself.
There are 3 acceptable ways of signing the delivery note. 1) Please sign with your signature if you are happy with the goods as delivered.
2) In the unlikely event the parcel is delivered to you damaged, please write 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note with your signature.
3) Sign with your signature plus the number of parcels received if not all parcels are present.
If the delivery note (or electronic delivery note) is not signed for using any of the three options above will we will not be able to process any claim for any reason. If you sign for the amount of parcels shown on the delivery note but report later that they were not delivered we will not be able to process any claim for the missing item.
Claims can be made for transit damage if you have informed us within 24 hours of the delivery, and the delivery note is signed 'DAMAGED'
If there is no one in to sign for the item you will be left a card by the courier and it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
If the item is returned to us because of incorrect address or failure to respond to cards left by the courier then you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your UK Triker standard purchase within the first 7 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval by our Customer Service Department. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable and in all original packaging, if when returned then are found opened a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Should you need to return an item for any reason you will be responsible for the shipping costs and arrangement of returning the item.
*30 Day Back to Base Warranty Terms and Conditions:
All UK Triker Trikes are sold with a 30 day back to base parts and labour warranty. UK Triker warrants that all repair works undertaken to the vehicle as part of this warranty will be made with all reasonable skill and care. It shall be a condition of this warranty that the vehicle is returned to the UK Triker workshop for the work to be carried out.
No warranty shall apply if and to the extent that a defect is caused or worsened by one or more of the following: 1. Failure to inform UK Triker of the defect or a failure to request UK Triker to examine the defect. 2. Failure to give UK Triker opportunity to to remedy the defect. 3. If the vehicle or any of it's parts have been replaced, misued, neglected, or in an accident, or if the vehicle has been used in racing, rallying or similar sports, or if the vehicle has been stolen. 4. If the vehicle and it's parts have been altered in a way not approved by UK Triker. 5. The non-adherence to instructions issued by UK Triker concerning the treatment, maintenance and care of the vehicle.
Where any parts fitted to the vehicle have the benefit of a guarantee provided by the manufacturer UK Triker assigns to the customer the benefits of the applicable manafacturer's guarantee but shall not be liable to provide any additional guarantee's over and above that provided by the manufacturer in respect of such parts.
