Dummy fuel tank
Does anyone know where I can source a dummy fuel tank? I'm looking to fit it on an old VW Phoenix.

Re: Dummy fuel tank
Tis a massively open ended question.
Do you mean a bike style fuel tank, if so what sort of size?
If you are putting it on the front tube then even I can not decide if I would want a fat cruiser style, or a long slim chopper style.
What is its purpose?
To be honest, I would head over to ebay.

Re: Dummy fuel tank
The idea is to use a dummy fibreglass tank (mustang appearance like on a large cruiser bike) onto of the existing bodywork, similar to the boom appearance. I've had a look on eBay but no luck so far. Hoped to find out if anyone could steer me to whoever manufacturers them I have found examples in Holland - Wolf dummy tanks

Yep, I know what you mean now.
They are very difficult to find. Iave been looking for a replacement for the one that covers the top of my V8.
Tis made of two halves of a fat tank, but cut in half and widened.
I'm always looking for cheap, though.
