Left leg still knackered so I'm looking for a translogic powershifter to do the gears anyone got one they want to part with

Firstly, sorry to hear your leg is not regain full mobility.
Don't know who has one, but I have a mate that uses one, as he has a false leg, and it certainly does not effect is ride!
