Front wobble

Post by Tazmanpaul »

Hi guys.. my names Paul I'm a newbe.
Not only to this site but to trikes..
I've just brought a virago 535 trike with a reliant back end.
Its been professionally built but not yet registered as a trike.it has been moted and weighed. Could someone guide me to the next step.
Also I think there is a problem with the front end as it wobbles at slow speed but it has only been on rough tarmac or is this normal..
Any advice guy's would be very much appreciated.. thanks in advance Paul...

the a write up on how to register a bolt on trike is on here just put how to register a trike in the search box on the top right of the screen
the speed wobble is common on new builds till u get the air pressure right when its all legal take it out for spin take a 12v compressor with u and play with the tyre pressure till your happy with it i used to run my 1500goldwing on 36psi front 32psi back and still would get a little wobble every now and then depending on road surface
Now the most important thing can u pop along to new members section and introduce yourself lol welcome to the forum
