Yes, you could fit a Scooby Engine in your Beetle, but you couldn't then register it as a WRX, could you!
Or anything else it's not.

No way for a Trike like that to have an age related plate.

We'll nice frame sin this style its based on a manky monkey motors type the original was built by a guy called Andy a postman good by so long as buyer gose down msva root :respek:

Been having some fun on ebay again, 'educating' some of the non-Q-plated Trike owners :hammer:

Anyone know about a supposed 2003 cut-off date for the MSVA rigmarole?
I.e. Was it not required on Trikes built before then?
