Unscrew the long weight with your left handed screw driver but make sure you use your spirit level bubble to ensure flatness.
The older i get the earlier it seems to get late.

Whatever you do, Don't put oil on it but use the grease nipple inside the secret door at the back of the sky hook.

Yes the model years 1969 to 1973 only used special grease. Pop along to Halfords and ask for a tube of Foo Foo grease.
Its also used on the giggle pin but only the metric ones.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.
