Sorry Dave, it's a different system, had the ecu plugged into me laptop and tested all the bits and everything comes up as working fine and it's still blowing soot out of the exhausts. :thumbdown:

Is it running rich, can you pull the injectors and see if any are weeping.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

All 4 plugs are sooted up so i dont think its an injector weeping.

Does it have an egr valve Alex? If so try blanking it off.

Just had a thought.
Spray loads of soapy water around any air inlets. You could be getting excess air, hence more fuelling.
Bikers know why dogs stick their head out of car windows.

Possible, cold start system not turning off, temp/lambda sensor ???

Unfortunately my trike is still suffering from fuel starvation so I can't make it guys. :(
