Re: air ambulance
Not sure if I will have Herman back together by then. I have the barrels and head on( after breaking 2 piston rings but I had some spare) Just waiting to get a torque wench which goes low enough to do the head nuts. Both of mine are to big. I will know by Saturday how it's going.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Re: air ambulance
Well I have just finished putting all the parts back on Herman and started it up and it was still leaking after a few seconds. It's coming out through the eppox sealer below the cooler. So I will not be coming down tomorrow folks.
There is also another reason as I have a dicky tum and can't go more then 30 ft from a toilet.

Yes it's coming through the epoxy, I cleaned it all off and found its been welded at some time and I thing its weeping through that. I am going to get some of the metal epoxy repair during the week and try that.gorbee01279 wrote: ↑Sat May 19, 2018 1:23 pm That's a shame, hope your tum gets better soon..is the oil leaking from that old epoxy repair then??
