Rear Brakes
Hi, Ive got a Ford Sierra rear diff with standard discs and reconditioned standard calipers fitted, powered by a landrover series 3 clutch master cylinder off the brake pedal. I can get very poor braking but im clueless as to how to improve them. They are fully bled aswell.

Re: Rear Brakes
Smaller master cylinder my be required. Or a longer brake lever.
I had a 3/4" master cylinder on mine, with Golf rear calipers, and a twin disc front end all working simultaneously. You have two less calipers in the circuit but the same six MC.

Re: Rear Brakes
As above - pedal ratio and master cyl. bore to piston area ratio is critical. Also brake feel is very personal feeling - some like hard pedal, some like brakes that need a good shove - all in all, bloody difficult Q.
