Morning gang, hope you’re all safe and well

I’ve been busy over the last few days fabricating brackets for the upper front fairing cradle and brackets for the lower fairing halves. I’m really chuffed with how it turned out, got there in the end lol.

I’ve also made a start on trying to make the Goldwing front mudguard fit the CX forks. I’ve had to cut out a fair chunk on each side of the mudguard to squeeze it between the forks and I’ve detached the up and over bracket/brace from the original CX mudguard to use on the Goldwing mudguard. So hopefully after a bit of bodge it and scarper kerbside motors inc. I can turn it all in to a bolt on mudguard 🫣

Thanks so much for your lovely comments, you’re all a massive help and support to me, I’m really grateful

I must admit, I’m starting to get really excited now, I can almost taste the bugs in my teeth as I roar down the road

Well I have FINALLY boxed off the rear brake master cylinder location and pushrod, I’ve even sorted out the rear brake light switch too ! I’m well chuffed how it’s turned out now, very happy with the travel of the pedal, it should work a treat.

Last jobs now before tear down, bracket mounts for the cans and a job I completely forgot about, foot pegs for the pillion passenger
