That's about 'average' for Russian dash-cam videos.
There are literally thousands of them on YT, worth a watch if you have a few hours to kill.
It's incredible just how bad drivers are over there, and it's often the ones with the camera in their car that are the muppets . . .

'Dodgy' registration,
Telescopic Forks.
Bike Tyres on the rear.
Car seats
Anything in the shape of a knuckle-duster,
Maltese Cross, flame, chain or Skull.
Alloy tread/chequer plate.

Oh dear......

I was in the process of drinking my tea when - the said hot tea has now thoroughly irrigated my sinuses and nasal passage.
