Drinking time.

Post by Deep Diver »

We all sit at home after a hard day paying homage to our trikes, so the evening is drinking time. So I am supping cold snow grouse whisky from the freezer.
Now what about you lot???
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

depends on the situation, Cider if its hot, Ale if its cooler.

Tea if I am working, Red wine if i'm not.

But if I am really stressed its just rum intravenously supplied to my body!

I got spoilt by my late mil years ago, she was German and after sunday dinner would get out a coffee grinder and grind up fresh coffee beans. Then use a percolator to make the best coffee I had ever had. She would top it off with whipped cream floated on the top. All the stuff you get now is tame after that. Now I just like some good tea. Or whisky.

If you like propa tasting tea try these twinings English breakfast / twinings Assam both come in bag and loose both very good but the Assam just pips it for me another one is Thompson's Irish breakfast not quite as good but half the price .I've just come back from tescos with a Thompson signature tea to try .as you can see I'm into my tea  I drank normal tea most of my life but after trying some propa tea that was that as the saying goes. My son didn't like tea till I changed over its rare he drinks coffee now . So the the kettle will be on at Stockton if ya wont a decent brew
