I have a pretty well stocked garage, at home, with tools, Mig welder, and compressor.

There is not much space in the garage to store stuff, but there is room to work inside during the day, as I lock the trike/bikes in there at night.

I also have a 2 ton engine hoist

That's very kind and handy,if the bugger won't start when I get off the boat will push it round!!
