its is a twin axle as its got both front and rear axles, but the V5 is for the original VW Beetle, the engine is not a 1300cc as stated on the V5 as the seller states its a 1641cc , its not red and it needs an MSVA test to make it legal, by the look of it to get it through you would have to reposition the rear lights due to the width they would need mounting on the rear mudguards, the front lights are too close together again because of the width, and I cant see a manual hand brake lever but I might be wrong on that because of the photo quality

Does appear to have a handbrake -its on the nearside beside the gear shifter bodywork. It's a nice looking machine, shame not legal yet - I suppose that is a bargaining chip though!

Well, it's only on gumtree now and he's dropped the price. And is that the fuel tank in pic 6? seems a sod to lift up the body each time you need to fill it up.
