First trike

Post by neil stait »

Hi all

What would you consider as a good first trike , engine size wise, it needs to be comfortable at motorway speeds

Ideally I would like a VW but with £3500 available and no mechanical knowledge I don't think this will happen

I see a lot of trikes on ebay and fancied one in particular a BMW R80 but it went before I could bid

Why are so many trikes also seemingly built and sold in Scotland ?

Any help would be appreciated

all depends on the weight, Ive known some 500cc trikes much nippyer than far bigger trikes, those Boom 500 trikes are nippy enough, tho not cheap.
