SOLD and onward and upwards
A BOOM Family Muscle 3i with loads of extras is the new steed for the lady. The family gives us more options with the little's on back of the good lady and me with eldest. So when the little's get tired they can go home with mum and the boys can ride on till we run out of petrol...
Photos will follow once its home.

well the baby blue Boom Fun has a new owner as the lady and the kids were loving the trike experience but she like me wanted more power.
So we now have a Boom Muscle family for her.

The RF1 in stock 115hp is MORE than enough. I can when wanted stick to just about anything I want, I can get the tail out in the wet if I try. In the dry it will spit you off sideways before it lets go with either under or over-steer.AngeloftheAbyss wrote:Ah yes,,, the age old question, when is enough power enough??
So they now do 2 turbo's above it.......To use this amount of power you would need stones so big you would have trouble sitting comfortably on a trike. Yes more power once in a blue moon would be nice BUT more often than not you would not be able to use it. 85 in third with 2 gears to go in the standard Ford zetec I have.
The Boom is just lazy in comparison. It looks better in my opinion but responds more sedately and is vague in comparison.
Boom for posing and Rewaco for a blast. So its Rewaco every day for me.

Enjoyed reading through this from the start.
Thanks for your help Andrew, but you were right, too many choices. But now the green B&I at Donny has gone, that's one less choice. I'll let you know if we ever get sorted.
Happy Triking for you and the family.

After reading your trike history and looking at Mats RF1 i finally made the push and bought an ST3. We are
well chuffed with it and Irene now rides in much more comfort. I find it quick and nimble especially around town and out handles much faster vehicles. I rode Boom Muscle Families for a few years and loved them but now feel the RF1 is more nimble and much easier to ride and maintain. Thanks for sharing your experience.

It's you and Mat got Vicki wanting a Rewaco in the first place.
